Shipping Policy – Live Worms

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days). Because we ship live animals, please read the following carefully:

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday and Tuesday to avoid worms sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed before Saturday at noon (PST) will ship the following Monday/Tuesday. 

Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee live arrival on all orders shipped via Priority Mail. If your worms arrive dead or in poor condition, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Weather & Temperature During extreme heat or cold, we may include insulated packaging or ice packs. We reserve the right to delay shipment to protect the health of your worms.

Important: Someone must be available to receive the package promptly. Do not leave live worm shipments sitting in a hot mailbox or on a porch in direct sunlight.
